The Caffeine
It is a substance widely used in the western world and, moreover, routinely consume many athletes.

Coffee improves sports performance
The consumption of coffee before performing any physical exercise reduces the feeling of fatigue and predisposes us to make an effort. After the exercise is also beneficial because its composition in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals helps us to the optimal recovery of the muscle after the effort.
* But just as it has important health benefits and performance in athletes should not use doses higher than 9mg / kg body weight (about five or six cups of coffee). It is advisable not to take more than two or three cups of coffee a day since side effects of the type of gastrointestinal problems, insomnia, irritability or arrhythmias can appear.
Remember to take any type of supplements in moderation and in its proper measure and always under the supervision of your coach or nutritionist.
